Position Summary:
Recruit & Maintain independent evaluators in assigned countries/regions and/or “hard-to-book” areas; provide coaching and assistance to evaluators. Manage project status and issues follow up & solution to achieve project target. Ensuring timely completion of fieldwork.

Essential Duties:
• Recruit evaluators in open locations using established sourcing and developing other method, including new paid print or web postings, or appropriate social media/networking outlets.

• Contacting registered evaluators about the requirements and details of available evaluation projects via email, phone or other method.

• Scheduling projects to the most qualified evaluators ensuring they meet and understand the requirements and objectives of the applicable program.

• Review incoming completed reports for adherence to client project objectives, validation of details, and for missing or incorrect data.

• Submit edited reports to client prior to deadlines.

• Periodically update client location and manager records. Make weekly/monthly update reports request by client.

• Manage project process and well control project status. Make sure timely project completion.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
• College degree and above in Social Science, Business, Language or Hospitality major.

• Better to have Front Office department staff with at least 1Y supervisor experience or back office staff with at least 2Y hotel experience.

Key Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and anti-pressure ability.

• Ability to communicate fluently in the language of assigned country + good knowledge of English (Not always needed, it depends); any additional languages are considered assets.

• Ability to communicate professionally in writing (email), by phone and in person.
